Our services
FitOut People provides recruitment and talent placement services to clients and candidates in the commercial construction, fitout and refurbishment sector. We operate on both a contingency and retained basis.
For candidates
By submitting your details or CV to FitOut People, you consent to us holding and using your personal information for recruitment purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
We will not share your details with any prospective employer without your prior consent. You may withdraw consent or request removal of your information at any time by contacting us directly.
For clients
Engagements between FitOut People and client businesses are governed by a separate fee agreement. Placement fees become payable upon a candidate commencing employment with a client. Specific terms including fee rates, payment terms, and replacement guarantees are set out in the individual client agreement.
Clients must not approach or engage a candidate introduced by FitOut People for a period of 12 months from the date of introduction, other than through FitOut People, without incurring the applicable placement fee.
